Hope Ferry

LandTech has recently acquired a roughly 6-acre tract of land at the intersection of Hope Ferry & Corley Mill Road in beautiful Lexington County, and will soon break ground on the development of a 11-lot community on the property.

The community will feature homes built exclusively by Lifestone Homes, a privately held local homebuilder with a proven track record in the midlands. The community will offer homebuyers a variety of floorplans and custom options, with homes starting in the $600’s.

Families will be served by the award-winning Lexington School District 1 schools, and will be zoned for Midway Elementary, Lakeside Middle and River Bluff High School.
