LandTech has recently acquired a roughly 83-acre tract of land on Rabbit Run Road in beautiful Richland County, and will soon break ground on the development of a 479-lot community on the property.

The first phase of project infrastructure is expected to be complete in 2023 with home construction starting shortly thereafter. The community will feature homes built exclusively by DR Horton, Inc. and McGuinn Homes.  The community will offer homebuyers a variety of floorplans and custom options, with homes starting in the $200’s.

Families will be served by the award-winning Richland School District 1 schools, and will be zoned for Horrell Hill Elementary, Southeast Middle and Lower Richland High School.
