Saluda River Club

LandTech has recently acquired a roughly 36-acre tract of land that will be annexed into existing Saluda River Club, the premier residential community in the Midlands.  Development is currently under way in the 116-lot community.

The first phase of community infrastructure is expected to be complete in fourth quarter of 2023 with home construction starting shortly thereafter. The community will feature homes built exclusively by Lifestone Homes, a privately held homebuilder with a proven track record in the midlands. The community will offer homebuyers a variety of floorplans and custom options, with homes starting in the $600’s.

Families will be served by the award-winning Lexington School District 1 schools, and will be zoned for Midway Elementary, Lakeside Middle and River Bluff High School.
