Sylvan Ridge

Sylvan Ridge is a 30-acre residential community located in Kershaw County and situated between US Hwy 1 and Wildwood Lane in Lugoff, SC.  The community will feature a variety of home plans from Conquest Homes, a locally owned homebuilder with a proven track record in the area.  Infrastructure is expected to be completed in the Winter of 2023, and the first homes will be available Spring 2024 with prices starting in the $300’s. 

Families in Sylvan Ridge can enjoy a very short commute to Wateree Elementary, Lugoff-Elgin Middle, and Lugoff-Elgin High School.
