NE COLUMBIA, S.C., April 5, 2019 – Autumn Pond joins the Sterling Ponds, Long Cove and Coatbridge communities on Rimer Pond Road in Blythewood as LandTech’s latest community in the rapidly growing Northeast Columbia market.  Land development is underway on Phase One, with completion of homesites slated for fall of 2019.
