LEXINGTON, S.C., March 16, 2021 — LandTech has broken ground on a 5-acre tract of land on Old Cherokee Road in beautiful Lexington County, which is actively being converted to a 36-unit townhome community.

The project infrastructure will be completed in the summer of 2021 with townhome construction starting shortly thereafter. The community will be known as Kensington Place and will feature open-floorplan homes built exclusively by Eastwood Homes, a privately held homebuilder with a proven track record in the Carolinas.
